HELLO! Here is an adorable HOORAY banner that would be a great addition to your home and birthday parties! 

One handmade banner with sparkly light blue letters, each letter measures around 4 1/2" tall. It also includes 2 tassels, 2 felt poms, 2 pom poms and a small pennants for extra color.  All pieces are placed on a 5' white string.
